FPA Ltd have repeatedly returned to an Automotive Japanese manufacturing Company in the UK spanning many years, the facility has made some dramatic changes in order to implement new machinery and help create a process flow designed for efficiency and comfort in the working environment on the shop floor.
FPA Ltd have now completed 2 full internal factory relocations over summer shutdowns, with smaller internal relocations over Christmas periods, weekends and in some cases through the night.
The costs/budgets that were agreed along with the timescales were always met and every requirement that needed immediate attention including offsite storage was always within a cost index that never exploited the customer. FPA do not have the belief or working attitude to using the phase ‘feet under the table’ every request requiring a quote and subsequent work carried out is treated as a new client, willing to please, be cost effective, supportive and responsive.
